Article 1: General Provisions
shop.victorvictoria.be is the online shop of Victor Victoria, a private limited company with its registered office at Doorniksewijk 17, 8500 Kortrijk, VAT No. 0462.259.141.
This website offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its online shop.
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to every order placed by a visitor to this online shop (“Customer”). When placing an order via Victor Victoria’s online shop, the Customer must expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, thereby agreeing to their applicability, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Any additional terms and conditions put forward by the Customer are excluded, unless they have been expressly accepted in writing by Victor Victoria in advance.
Article 2: Price
All prices quoted are in euros, inclusive of VAT and all other taxes or duties payable by the Customer.
If, by mistake, an incorrect price is stated for a particular product, we cannot be obliged to supply the product at that price, provided that we notify you of the incorrect price before the order is delivered to you or, if you are collecting the order, we notify you after we have confirmed receipt of your order in writing. Should we notify you, we reserve the right to cancel your order, provided that we refund all payments already made in relation to this order.
If delivery, booking or administrative charges are applied, these will be stated separately.
Orders of €150.00 or more within Belgium are dispatched to the customer free of charge. For orders within Belgium under €150.00, a delivery charge of €7.50 will be applied.
Orders are also dispatched to the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg and France. For all orders outside Belgium, a fixed delivery charge of €20 per consignment will be applied.
The products remain the property of the seller until the seller has delivered them to you.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
The price quoted relates exclusively to the items as described verbatim. The accompanying photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Although the online catalogue and the webshop are compiled with the utmost care, it is nevertheless possible that the information provided may be incomplete, contain material errors, or be out of date. Victor Victoria is not bound by obvious mistakes or errors in the offer. Victor Victoria is only bound by an obligation of means as regards the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Victor Victoria shall under no circumstances be liable in the event of manifest material errors, typographical or printing errors.
If the Customer has specific queries regarding, for example, sizes, colour, availability, delivery times or delivery methods, we ask the Customer to contact our customer service team in advance.
The offer is valid whilst stocks last and may be amended or withdrawn by Victor Victoria at any time. Victor Victoria cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.
Victor Victoria maintains a single stock for both the physical shop and the online shop. Customers in the physical shop have priority access to this stock. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Barring errors, it is possible in rare cases that items which are out of stock may still be listed in the online shop. In such cases, the customer will always be notified personally and as soon as possible. Where applicable, payment will be refunded within 14 days, free of charge.

Any visible damage and/or quality defect in an item, or any other defect upon delivery, must be reported by the Customer to Victor Victoria without delay.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer from the moment they (or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier) have physically taken possession of the goods. However, the risk passes to the Customer upon handover to the carrier if the Customer has instructed the carrier to transport the goods and this choice was not offered by Victor Victoria.
Article 6: Retention of Title
The goods delivered remain the exclusive property of Victor Victoria until full payment has been made by the Customer.
The Customer undertakes, where necessary, to inform third parties of Victor Victoria’s retention of title, for example, to any person who might seek to seize the goods for which payment has not yet been made in full.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal – Returns
The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase items online from Victor Victoria.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, we expect you to handle the goods and packaging with care. There is no right of withdrawal if the product and packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused condition. Victor Victoria can only accept returns if the items are still fitted with the original label and are in a condition in which they can be immediately put back on the shelves and sold. We cannot resell products that show clear signs of use (make-up stains, odours, etc.), even if they are otherwise free from defects.
When returning goods by post, the returns form must be completed. This form can be found at the bottom of the online shop. The cost of returns is borne by the customer.
Unstamped or insufficiently stamped parcels will always be refused and returned to the sender. If it transpires that the goods have not been received in accordance with the terms of the right of withdrawal, the purchase price will not be refunded, or will not be refunded in full. In that case, the product remains your property. At your request, the product can also be sent back to you. The Buyer must have the return receipt validated by the Post Office and keep it for their records. Unstamped or cash-on-delivery parcels will be refused.
